    What to bring & wear:

    Come prepared with layers, socks, shoes, and plenty of hydration. Underneath your layers, we recommend wearing shorts and a sleeveless top or sports bra to allow for better grip on the pole or aerial equipment. Please avoid applying lotions or oils on the day of your class — clean, dry skin is essential for a safe and secure grip!

    "Understanding Memberships, Drop-Ins, Courses & Services"

    At Cohesive Movement Center, we offer multiple ways to support your movement journey—whether you’re just getting started or training with purpose.

    Memberships give you access to open pole training time. These are unsupervised practice sessions designed for athletes focused on competition prep, performance routines, or personal accountability. It’s your time, your pace, your goals.

    Drop-Ins are weekly instructor-led classes open to both the public and members—perfect for trying something new without a long-term commitment.

    Courses are structured, 4-week intensives focused on progressive skill development within a specific genre or apparatus.

    Services include personal training, private lessons, mentorship, and more—customized support to elevate your experience on and off the apparatus.

    "Want to Drop In? Here's How to Reserve"

    Ready to join a session? Reserving your drop-in spot is easy! Simply head to our online schedule, find the session you’re interested in, and select “Book” when booking. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving your spot early to guarantee your place. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We can’t wait to see you!

    "Do You Allow Walk-Ins?"

    Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-ins for our sessions. Due to limited space and to ensure fairness to those who have reserved their spots in advance, all participants must book their sessions ahead of time. We encourage you to secure your place early through our online reservation system. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in a session!

    "Can I Bring a Guest or Friend?"

    Guests are always welcome at Cohesive—community is what we’re all about!
    All drop-in students must register in advance, but once you're signed up and paid for a class or course, you're welcome to invite a friend to join—just make sure they also register for the same session.

    Interested in training together on your own time?
    Check out our tiered Open Pole Training Memberships! Members can book time to train alongside a friend by using a guest pass (valid for up to 3 hours). Please note: guest passes are for open pole sessions only and do not apply to structured classes.

    We love sharing the experience—because movement is better together.

    "Are Photos or Videos Allowed?"

    Absolutely, we encourage it! Feel free to capture your practice moments, but please be mindful not to record others without their consent. We also ask that you only film or take photos during your practice or freestyle time so it doesn’t interfere with the flow of the class. And if you post your photos or videos on social media, don’t forget to tag us — we love seeing your journey!
