At Cohesive Movement Center, we respect the time of our clients, instructors, and owners alike. To ensure clarity, we have outlined our cancellation & rescheduling policies for various services below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Aerial Courses and Clinics:
Please note that we have a 4-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled classes. If you need to cancel, be sure to do so at least 4 hours before the class start time to avoid losing your spot. Additionally, classes require a minimum of 3 students to run. If this minimum is not met, the class will be automatically cancelled, and your class credit will be returned to your account for use toward a future class experience.
