To ensure clarity, we have outlined our cancellation & rescheduling policies for various services below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Aerial Courses and Clinics:
Please be aware that you can cancel your reservation up to midnight the night before your scheduled class. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure a smooth experience for all participants. Thank you!
Example: Your scheduled course is on Tuesday at 5:00pm, you would need to cancel by midnight Monday in order to receive a credit back or credit towards a different reservation. This does not apply to plan related courses.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Energetic Life Coaching; Access Bars Sessions; & Intuitive Readings:
A 48-hour notice is required for rescheduling.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to your new session as long as you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
